Thank you for your inquiry about our home in East Hampton, New York.
This is our private home that we have listed for rental during certain times of the year. We like to travel and during those times we like to make our house available to others who may be interested in visiting this area.
We have put a lot of thought and work into making our holiday home as comfortable as possible, and we hope you will enjoy your stay.
Facilities:
The house has all modern appliances (i.e. dishwasher, gas stove, washing machine, dryer), central air conditioning, heated outdoor pool and shower as well as full digital recordable cable television, complete wireless Internet access and multiple phone lines. The house is also just a few yards from the bay and private marina.
Booking Conditions:
Booking deposits: A deposit of 25% (minimum of $1000USD) is required at time of booking and is totally refundable, assuming all utility usage is within limits.
Balance of payment is due within 8 weeks of visit, including refundable security deposit
Cancellation refunds:
up to 8 weeks - no cancellation charge
4-8 weeks - 25% of rate refunded
Less than 4 weeks - no refund
Arrival and departure times: as requested
Included in rental rates: All utilities. Exceptions: International Telephone calls (all calls within the US are included in rental rate). Excessive use of Hot Water heater for pool and house.
All bedding linens are supplied including beach towels.
Bank details for payments:
PAY PAL payments are preperred if directly from checking account and not via credit card.
This house is not commissionable for travel agents.
